Delivery and Postage
We deliver in the UK only and charge £5 for postage and packaging.
For orders outside the UK email us at shop@exquisitedeli.com . Please note that it is your responsibility to ensure that your purchase meets customs regulations of your country. Any other charges that may apply (customs duty etc) at point of entry will also be the customer’s responsibility.
Privacy Policy Orders:
By placing an order with us you will be deemed to have read, understood and agreed to these terms and conditions.
These terms and conditions and your use of our website are governed to English Law and you agree to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction at the English Court.
This does not affect your non-excludable statutory rights. This website and our terms and conditions have been designed for use within the United Kingdom and under UK Law.
Payment:
We are using PayPal as a clearing service.
You can pay using your account with PayPal or alternatively use your credit or debit card using PayPal as the clearing service.
Please note that the system will put your payment through instantly once you have gone through the payment process. Should any products not be instantly available, we will notify you of the delay and will give you an approximate date of when you can expect your delivery.
